Covid & Yoga:
In-person or Zoom?

Top 5 Covid-19 Symptoms (Oct/21)

  • Headache

  • Runny nose

  • Sneezing

  • Sore throat

  • Cough

If you or a member of your household experience any of the top 5 Covid-19 symptoms prior to the lesson, let me know and we can switch to Zoom.

In-person lessons will require lateral flow tests prior to the class, the results of which, even if they are negative, need to be reported to me in advance.  In addition you will need to be fully vaccinated

If you or a member of your household experience any of the top 5 Covid-19 symptoms prior to the lesson then you will be asked to attend the class over Zoom (see the above box).

Currently if you feel that Zoom is your preference then you can join the class on-line.

For in-person lessons, these are the mitigations & conditions  that are now in place:

  • Wash-basin at the entrance

  • Fan-assisted air flow

  • External ventilation

  • Ultraviolet cleaning

  • HEPA air filtration

  • Negative lateral flow test

  • Each student to bring their own yoga mat and blanket

  • Every student commits to these standards

We can't make it 100% safe, nothing can, but according to all reputable advice this combination is about as good as it gets.
